Processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that personalized size can take from 2 to 5 days to be made for you. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Kanzi ships to all addresses around the world. 

Shipping times are a guideline only. Once your parcel has been collected by the courier, we are not responsible for delays in delivery.
